Gail has a nearly 8 year tenure at VeriCour and is currently the VP of Talent Acquisition where she performs dual roles as team lead and senior full lifecycle recruiter. She focuses on contract, contract-to-hire and permanent assignments. Gail is recognized within our organization as a top producer who can fill the most ‘hard to fill’ roles under tight deadlines. She is skilled at developing solid relationships and providing first class customer service to both clients and candidates by understanding and interpreting their technical needs and qualifications. She handles a high volume of technical requirements using standard and creative recruiting techniques including networking, referrals, Internet & Boolean searches, job boards, effective job postings, social networking sites, job fairs and our applicant tracking system in order to respond to client’s open requirements with the appropriately skilled, technical resources within tight delivery timeframes.
